    Hi Maria! YES, it is open to international participants and your participation would be very welcome! You can enroll online here: http://www.rtc.edu/Programs/OnlineCourses/eLearningEducators.aspx. It is a 2-step process; first enroll to get your student ID number. Payment is due before the start of the course. Please email me if you have questions: elearning@rtc.edu.
